On the top floor are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. At the entry level is a cloakroom, half-bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and separate spacious sitting area. The patio door leads to a very large ‘L’ shaped deck with gas barbecue and leafy mountain view. On the lower level is a huge family room (sleeps 4), another double bedroom, bathroom and utility room.

Maximum of 10 persons occupying. *Additional persons in excess of 4 are charged at £70 per week per head. A substantial discount is offered for 3 or less.

Deposit
Your booking will only be secured with a deposit of £150 against cancellation. This amount will be held until after the end of your holiday, pending safe return of the house keys to allow for checking of inventory for breakages.

Utilities
Rental includes electricity and gas. It also includes local telephone calls. All long distance calls will be deducted from your rental deposit after the telephone account has been checked. This will normally be approximately one month after the end of your holiday.

The price includes the provision of all bed linen, towels, tea-towels etc.

Cleaning
All cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the price.
